By using the Superthoughts website and purchasing our programs, you agree to the following terms.
When you purchase a Superthoughts program, you receive lifetime access to stream and download the audio recordings included in that program. "Lifetime access" means for as long as we operate the service.
All content is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or share your access with others. You may not use our recordings in any commercial product, app, or service.
Superthoughts programs are wellness and mindfulness recordings. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider. Do not use these recordings while driving or operating machinery.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund at hello@superthoughts.com.
All content, including audio recordings, text, design, and code, is owned by Superthoughts and protected by copyright. The Superthoughts name and logo are our trademarks.
We strive to keep our content available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
